This new contract is from UAE customer, which have cooperate together for 3 years.

According to the old customer, XINYUE very concern on maintenance partnership.

Customer have raised up high quality requirements for this new contract, such as welded seam quality, Appearance dimensional tolerance, Mechanical performance requirements and so on.

While receive the new contract, from order materials to produce on the line, every department very concern all requirement, arrange the production under all customer requirement strictly.

After more than 1 month production, we complete all quantity produce, and then painting on the external surface as well. XINYUE quality assess department test all pipes for the appearance measurement , original materials quality documents chasing and also mechanical performance documents chasing as well, ensure all pipes achieve to all customer’s requirements.

After that, customer send the third party inspectors from TUV company to inspect as well, after 1 day inspection, all pipes passed the third party inspection, Customer satisfy the third party inspection report as well, XINYUE have arrange the container shipment as well in the early of July.
