At the beginning of May 2019, we received an inquiry from the Middle East customers of the welding flanges at both ends of the pipe from. We quoted and suggested the welding method about providing the drawings to the customer. After receiving the quotation and drawings, the customer affirmed our positive service attitude, professional quotation plan and came to our factory for inspection at the beginning of June. The customer is very satisfied with the result of the inspection. After returning home, they placed the new order to us the first time.

The order is a straight seam submerged arc welded pipe with a size of 670*10*10000mm. The two ends of the pipe are welded with an outer diameter of 840m flat flange. The pipe is used for dredging projects with strict requirements on delivery time. After receiving the order, we arrange production for the customer immediately, and at the same time produce pipes and flanges, then carry out welding and painting. Finally, we complete the production within the specified time.

Now, the pipelines have been sent to Tianjin Port for shipment. I believe that those pipes will contribute to the dredging project in the Middle East soon. Xinyue people will also work hard towards our goal, build the world and serve the globe!
