Time is money. We know this truth in our heart especially working in international trade. The year 2018 is flying to an end soon, Spring Festival is coming, every salesman grasp every minute to make orders delivery on time. But, as we all know, winter has been coming from December to next February, In order to control air pollution, the factory will be limited production. On the other hand, due to the Spring Festival holiday, the shipping company probably has no any shipping space available for goods overbooked. Therefore, in the final struggling time at the end of the year , Xinyue Steel knows, the quality is the first, meanwhile,it’s very important that we arrange the production schedule reasonably to correspondent with the delivery time.

In addition, we hereby remind the order process as below:

1. Before PI signing, confirm product details, technical details, document requirements and payment methods with customers repeatedly

2. Negotiate the production finished time with the production department, and confirm the delivery time with the customer

Under TT payment, the delivery time is generally 5-7 days after the completion of the goods

Under LC payment, the delivery time must be fully estimated, taking into account the opening and delivery time of the letter of credit, generally 15-20 days after the completion of the goods

3. Timely follow up the production processing of goods, whether meet the delivery time requirement, timely negotiate the delivery date with the customer, and confirm the forwarder information with the customer

4. One week before the completion of the goods, contact the forwarder to confirm the situation of booking space by chartering the ship, and determine the final delivery date and shipping date

5. Arrange timely delivery and pick-up of goods after completion of goods, track loading, warehousing, export declaration, document processing and other matters

6. After the goods are successfully cleared, the currency agent confirms the b/l, and the b/l data is consistent with the packing list invoice

7. Provide customers with customs clearance documents at the port of destination, including bill of lading, invoice, packing list, material list, insurance policy, certificate of origin, etc.
