Accompanied by our sales department and technical department, on January, 2019, we ushered in the inspection of seamless boiler tubes for Malaysian customers by third party Lloyd’s inspectors. The seamless boiler tubes produced this time are used in the American boiler project and require a wide range of performance requirements.

During the inspection, we led the quality inspectors to visit the production line and the factory. The quality inspector has a better understanding of the production process and products, and submitted a complete set of production process documents. We started the final inspection of this project.

The standard materials and dimensions of this inspection project are: BS3059 PT2 CAT2 Grade 360 50.8*3.2*5M, 6M, 8M. The quality inspectors are very professional in the inspection of the steel pipe size, and on-site sampling, witnessed the physical and chemical experiments, and witnessed the 10% online eddy current experiment. Finally, a 10% order quantity inspection was performed on the spray mark, appearance, and the like. All inspection items were qualified after a full day of testing.
