In February this year, a Ukrainian customer sent an ERW inquiry to Xinyue through peer introduction, and indicated that Xinyue needed to pay more in the early stage of order operation. Steel pipe is the main product of our company.However, through the analysis of inquiry, Xinyue needs to provide guidance in the early stage to help customer understand the production process and technical details of the required products, make samples with high cost and cooperate with professional experiments to ensure the transport and protection of thin-walled products, and assist customer in communication and coordination with other domestic purchasers in the later stage.

The customer needs the product to be specifically applied to the connection of the water pump, because the customer does not understand the specific of the required products, so the specification can not be determined. Through the investigation of actual use environment, function and requirements, Xinyue technical team puts forward relevant product suggestions to customers, and makes samples separately according to our suggestions, also provides various experimental data of samples to customer reference.

Under our guidance, the customer has carried out the actual installation and debugging of the samples, also carried out the relevant data experimental verification again, finally confirmed the theoretical data and practical use are completely qualified. The final order products according to the actual situation with the actual specifications were 76mm * 6mm * 6m and 140mm * 3mm *6m. Due to the thin wall thickness of 140mm outer diameter specification, we have adopted the signal jump method in packaging and transportation to ensure that the products are not affected by external forces during transportation.The customer expressed his thanks and said that the order had been in hand for a long time. Due to more assistance in the early stage, he never met a suitable supplier. However, he started the cooperation with Xinyue in a very good start.
