At the end of 2019, Xinyue was fortunate to participate in the construction of the first phase of the European piling project, with a pipe size of 914 and requirements for Hempel coating. Considering the first cooperation, the customer was very cautious. At that time, a third party was arranged to supervise the manufacturing process. After more than one month of production and inspection, the goods were successfully shipped.

However, due to the beginning of the 2020 epidemic, the local project did not proceed smoothly. In this process, Xinyue has always maintained friendly contact with customers, and Xinyue provided feedback on various epidemic information and popularization of anti-epidemic knowledge. After several months of fighting the epidemic, the local people finally achieved a phased victory and began to invest in the construction of the project. During the construction process, the quality of the steel pipe won the praise of the terminal.

With the first phase of the project coming to an end, the second phase of the project was successfully launched in November. Considering the quality assurance of the first phase, the customer did not hesitate to choose Xinyue again. After a week of technical confirmation and price lock-in, the customer and Xinyue started a happy second cooperation. During the negotiation process, the customer repeatedly emphasized the issue of the delivery date. Based on the principle of customer first, we recorded the customer's doubts one by one and focused on solving them. In addition, shipping in China has become more demanding recently than in previous years. In order to avoid delays in customer delivery due to shipping, Xinyue started booking service during the procurement of raw materials, and controlled every detail in place.

At present, all the goods have been completed, and I wish the second phase of the project a smooth start!
