Latin America exports steel to the United States rises

According to the BNAmericas website, Latin America exported steel to the United States in August, with both Brazil and Mexico showing growth.
According to the National Bureau of Statistics, in August, Latin American exports of steel to the United States increased from 8.127 million tons last year to 877,600 tons.
The export volume in July was 766,600 tons, with an average of 676,000 tons in the first seven months.
In terms of exports, exports in August were $671 million, an increase of 34.5% from $499 million in the same period last year and an increase of 17.1% from $573 million in July.
In different countries, Brazil exported 567,100 tons of steel to the United States in August, an increase of 7.8% from 525,100 tons in the same period last year. Exports were $356 million, an increase of 33.8% from $266 million in the same period last year. Exports and exports in July were 456,800 tons and 284 million dollars respectively.
In August, Mexico exported 285,900 tons of steel to the United States, an increase of 12.9% compared with 253,300 tons in the same period last year; exports amounted to 279 million US dollars, an increase of 40.9% compared with 198 million US dollars in the same period last year. Exports and exports in July were 286,600 tons and 261 million dollars respectively.
