The development and growth of a company is definitely not accidental. As a newcomer, when did I feel Xinyue's power? There are three answers, one: the customer's knowledge and recognition of Xinyue; the second: the praise and admiration of colleagues in the industry to Xinyue; and the third: the surprise and admiration of the internal predecessors about the newcomer system. Now I want to talk about the third point.

Xinyue, which is growing day by day, has also improved its new recruit training system. Newcomers to Xinyue will receive a thin sheet of A4 paper on which the training schedule will be systematically planned. We follow the schedule and enter the world of the steel industry step by step. Product knowledge is our compulsory course. As a business man/woman, how can one not understand the product classification, process, inspection and other information? While as a newcomer, these professional terms are obscure, and the flat training may be a little abstract.

Hence, the company organized the newcomers to go to the factory to study. Seeing is better than hearing, the entire production is no longer just a flow chart; the ring furnace is no longer a plane, but a three-dimensional; hot rolling is no longer static, but dynamic. We watched the door of the ring furnace open and the hot tube billet were sent to the production line. We followed the red and felt the heat of it. Wherever we stopped, we learned more about a certain production process and witnessed the birth of a tube with our own eyes!

The red firelight reflected on our faces, sweat flowed down, and a certain blank in our mind was filled. I suddenly thought of a sentence, "A salesperson who does not understand production is not a good salesperson"!
