In the beginning of 2019, A team of professional engineers have come to stay in our mill to do the inspection during production, the products under inspection is SSAW - spiral welded pipes, the main usage is for port construction. The engineers first issued overall mechanical and chemical tests for all finished pipes and, meantime, to launch new tests for the new coming raw material. During that time, Tianjin Xinyue Steel Group accompany the client and give full support on 100% tests for engineer, the test result is good and 100% reach client’s request.

As to these pipes, they all have high coating requirements, the rust removal must reach standard of S.A 2.5, under two engineers’ witness, Xinyue Steel totally conform to the standard, and the result has won client’s content.
