In the blazing July, I "ran into" a new Indian customer and had a very happy conversation. It was the time to finalize the cooperation.

When it comes to the Indian market, the first thought is that it is not easy to do! It seems that this is the consensus of the industry. There is no doubt that India has a market; it is self-evident that the market is difficult to enter.

Whether it is new or old customers, we sincerely welcome everyone come to inspect the factory, face to face talk freely, especially for new customers. Today, unlike the past, the epidemic is not optimistic and visits are limited. Therefore, we take the initiative to propose an online video factory inspection plan with our customers. So we used an electronic screen in the palm of our hand to make video connections with overseas customers for workshop display. When the satisfied smile of the customer and the thumbs up were fixed on the screen, the roar of the machine and the heat of the tube blank all turned into nothingness. In addition, the preparation of documents before production should not be sloppy, such as ITP, NPS, delivery schedule and so on.

In this order, the core key point is IBR certification. Because we have precedents and experience in this area, we can quickly grasp the pain points of customers in communicating with customers, which is also a key factor for rapid cooperation.

IBR is called India Boiler Regulations. Boiler and pressure vessel equipment entering India must comply with IBR regulations. Before certification, an IBR certification application and related technical data must be submitted to a third-party inspection agency (such as SGS) authorized by CBB (Indian Central Boiler Board). The three parties sign the IBR Form certificate.

During the execution of this order, one of the inspections is a hydraulic test. For the 6-meter-long steel pipe, in addition to the 12-meter hydraulic bed, the hydraulic pressure method of pipe fittings can also be used for reference. After passing a series of inspections, we obtained the certificate as we wished, obtained the customer's approval, and dispatched the goods to the port in time.

However, some people are destined to know each other by fate; some orders will be settled in no time.
