During our trading negotiation in the detail orders, as the containers only allowed to no more than 12m length pipe, we usually submit quotation with 12m length pipe to customer.

But for some special project, customer always have a issue to increasing the cost to butt join all 12m length pipe together at site, so some customer will require to 18m, 24m, 38m length for each single pipes. Xinyue people always keep “customer first” principle, all team work together to set down this issue.

According to the production of the long length steel pipe above 12m, this is not very big issue as our still under our production capacity.

The most challenge issue is the shipment, how to transport the long length pipe to the port well.

Since we already successful transport well several order with long length pipes, we normally hire special truck like below photos, this truck has additional tray to load the pipes well.

This truck normally can carry on 30 tons together, but the length can be any long length. Each pipes can be fixed safety no moving by nylon tie. And metal ring. This kind of truck really help to resolve the issue on the transportation.
