Expect that customers who have received good education, most customer's English is not good. Their pet phrase is my friend, my brother, best best price. When communicating with customers, words in email should be simple and fundamental.
No patience and like to bargain. If delay quotation within two to three days, they will contact other supplier. If delay delivery time, they will have a short fuse. So leave space when quotation and clarifying delivery time.
Details should pay attention to when doing business with middle east customer.
Most customers in Middle east are not used to dealing with LC. For little amount, use 100% TT; for big amount, request deposit after placing order and balance payment before goods delivery.
Quantity and quality must be controlled well. Once there is delay for delivery or quality problem, they may request reducing price and even not reasonable claim for compensation.
