At the beginning of February 2020, Xinyue received the purchase intention from a regular customer for the pipe supply project of Mexico oil company. After strict technical approval, both parties finally reached an agreement and quickly signed the contract. After receiving deposit from the customer, Xinyue quickly arranged the production to make sure all the pipes shipping on time.

It is the unforeseen that always happens. The outbreak suddenly broke out in the world, the project was suspended suddenly, and the customer fund chain had problems, which made the contract unable to arrange payment and delivery according to the agreed time.

After learning about the customer's situation, Xinyue immediately suggested the customer to arrange partial shipment, so as to ensure that his funds can be collected smoothly, and avoid the risk of exchange rate change and the rising of sea freight . After several rounds of negotiation, the customer agreed to split the goods in batches, and then successfully arranged the delivery of two batches in 2020.

After 16months, the last batch of the project is under shipment now . During the implementation of the project, Xinyue and its customer experienced the project delay, sea freight flight, devaluation of foreign exchange, cancellation of tax refund and so on , a lot of stories. Although the situation is tough in both parties, however , we give each other 100% trust and actively positively to solve relevant problems.
