Xinyue has accumulated many customers in every state through more than 10 years marketing development. Australia is always one of Xinyue Steel's main markets. Xinyue Steel has a large stock of rectangular and round tubes under Australian standard.

The relationship between customers and us need to be built through a long time. On November 2019, I received the first email about rectangular tube requirement from customer’s company. Through continuous quotations and communications, Xinyue provided customers with a lot of information and certificates related to products and import tariffs. Customers were very satisfied with Xinyue's services and qualifications, they were always looking for suitable orders to cooperate with Xinyue.

Until April 2021, customers urgently needed a batch of square tubes made of AS1163 C350. Xinyue provided customers with quotations and sufficient inventory as soon as we received their inquiries. The customer confirmed the PO soon. As soon as Xinyue received the PO, we arranged packaging, booking and other related matters, smoothly shipped the goods to customers by direct ship within two weeks.
