Back in the summer of 2015, I met my Indian client at a fair in Dubai.We have been working for 6 years so far.The product is seamless steel pipe, the precision of the steel pipe is particularly high.

Outer diameter: +/-0.0075, wall thickness: +/-5%, straightness required 1MM/M.

The customer also requires that the material is the killed steel fully deoxidized, to ensure that there is no pores, slag and cracks inside the steel pipe after processing.

However, in July this year, the customer raised a problem about one of the seamless pipe products in the last order, indicating that the outside diameter and inside diameter were too large, and asked us to find a solution to deal with it as soon as possible.

On the day we received the customer feedback, we organized a workshop between the production department and the technical department, so that we had an improvement plan the next day.

We have reworked the outer and inner diameters of seamless steel tubes of this specification to ensure that 100% of them are within the customer's requirements.And again check the goods qualified delivery.

Moreover, from the customer's statement, we know that the seamless steel pipe supplied by our customer is used for machining into rollers, which is widely used in printing and dyeing, leather, plastic, paper making and metallurgy industries.The specific contents are as follows:

Mirror roll

Mirror roller refers to smooth seamless steel pipe.The main factor determining the mirror roll is the chrome coating on the surface.

Use industry editors

Printing and dyeing industry: calendering processing of pure cotton, polyester cotton, silk, chemical fiber, linen, wool and its blends.

Leather industry: artificial leather, such as calendering processing.

Plastic industry: PVC, ABA, PP, PT, PC and other plastics.

Paper industry: surface calendering of all kinds of paper.

Metallurgy industry: all kinds of non-ferrous metal rolling processing.
