At this March, we received new water transmission tender inquiry from New Saudi Arabia customer. The specification is DN1500MM classK9 T-Type with EPDM rubber, according to ISO 2531.External coating: zinc coating 130g㎡ and bituminous coating 70μm according to ISO 8179 Internal coating: cement lining according to ISO 4179.

Xinyue team provided the professional and reasonable solution based on customer’s requirement very soon. Customer deeply inspired by Xinyue’s professional solution and showed willing to cooperate with Xinyue even the offer is not the best.

But good things is not proceed smoothly. With the China Government tax new policy, the VAT rebate change from 13% to 0 for around 146 items steel pipes, including iron ductile pipe. So we have to increase 13% based on previous solution to customer size. At the beginning customer expressed very disappointed and can not understand. Based on almost 40 years industry experience and customer service and product quality, Finally customer approve for price increasing and showed willing to establish a long-term relationship with Xinyue.
