Emission reduction measures:

1. A-level enterprise:

Encourage the implementation of emission reduction measures based on actual conditions.

2. Class B enterprise:

During the orange warning period: stop using heavy-duty trucks (including gas) for transportation of China IV and below.

Red warning period: the steel output of each electric furnace is not more than 80% of the benchmark production load, calculated as the amount of scrap steel, based on the daily average value of the three items of "capacity approved by the environmental assessment, production capacity specified in the pollutant discharge permit, and actual output of normal production in the previous year" The minimum value is the base accounting; stop using heavy-duty trucks (including gas) of China IV and below for transportation.

3. C-level enterprise:

Orange warning period: the steel output of each electric furnace is not more than 50% of the benchmark production load, based on the amount of scrap steel input, based on the daily average of the three "capacity approved by the environmental assessment, the capacity specified in the emission permit, and the actual output of the previous year's normal production" The minimum value is the base accounting; stop using heavy-duty trucks (including gas) of China IV and below for transportation.

During the red warning period: the electric furnace is shut down; road transportation is stopped.
