Xinyue has already been engaged in the steel industry for decades, with rich production and trade experience, including fluid transportation, piling construction and other fields. In addition, we have extensive production experience in high temperature and high pressure, boiler fluid transportation projects as well.

In November of last year, I received an inquiry from a Dutch customer regarding ASTM A672 GRADE C65 CLASS 22 for medium-temperature and high-pressure electrofusion welded pipes, two specifications, 36” and 30”, total 114 tons. In the early stage, customers were not clear about the production process of steel pipes and their respective advantages, then we asked technicians to make a professional analysis and explanations. Finally, we recommended customers to choose the longitudinal submerged arc electric fusion welding process. What's more, we provided the material list and photos of previous order shipment to the customers for reference.

Due to this order was an additional item order for the project, customers hoped we can complete production as soon as possible. Facing the problem of tight deliver time and small quantity of plates, it was hard to purchase raw materials. We actively contacted the steel mill's agent to arrange the fastesttime to purchase and inspect the raw materials, as soon as receiving the customer's order. Finally, we succeeded in completing the production one week ahead of the prescribed delivery time. We sent product images, inspection details and data to customers. 

Simultaneously, we notified customers to book cargo space in advance, because it coincided with the Chinese New Year, the cargo space was tight and the freight rate soared. The booking was repeatedly delayed until after the Spring Festival, the customer excitedly told us that the space had been booked. Then, we arranged the documents, shipment and port shipment within a week. At present, all the goods are collected in the port, waiting for the ship to sail, and it is expected to arrive at the customer port next month.

In the process of cooperating with each customer, we always think about the problem from the customer's point of view and do our best to meet the customer's needs. Therefore, the customer can grasp every detail of the order. Based on this, customers trust us more, keep moving forward, and contribute to projects all over the world.
