As early in 2017, customers came to China. Xinyue adhered to aim Best Price, High Qality, Fast Delivery and First –Class Serivce , although my time schedule was conflicting, the company still offer strong support, and Boss Mr Li privately helped to make the reception. The customer is very satisfied with our production line, production capacity, quality control and service. And Good news that it finalizes the contract before flying back.

In the first half of 2018, customers visited China again, but the stay time was extremely tight, and sorry to miss this meeting again.

Customers have always given a high thick of our delivery time and product quality. It has been mentioned many times that we should have a meal together next to China and have new business expectations.

In mid-September 2018, the customer said they would come to China again. Finally, we have the opportunity to meet. I felt a little nervous when felt happy. We hope that we can deepen cooperation and expand new business.

After confirming schedule, I have made arrangements such as using the car, booking hotel, booking the ticket, and learning the materials, standards, characteristics and advantages of the products according to the customers' needs, and preparing the intimate gifts for the customers.

With regard to anti-dumping duties in the European market, customers want to develop the pipe fittings business.

Based on the previous harmonious partnership, our pipe fitting partners are very energetic, actively introduce the production line to customers and respond to customer technical problems.

Finally ,customer is very satisfied with the factory and is more confident in developing the pipe fittings business.

After returning home, the customer place a new order once again.
