Domestic and international sintering process VOCs emission standards
Jul. 16, 2018
The emission standards for flue gas pollutants in the sintering process at home and abroad are shown in Table 2. Among them, only Germany has specified VOC emissions (in total C) of less than 75 mg/m3. China's Ministry of Environmental Protection recently issued the "Steel Sintering, Pellet Industry Air Pollutant Emission Standard (GB28662-2012)", which only specifies the emission standards for dust, SO2, NOX, dioxins and fluoride in the sintering process. Make regulations.
In the aspect of sampling and monitoring technology of VOCs, China's Ministry of Environmental Protection promulgated the "Sampling Air Bag Method for Fixed Volatile Organic Matter of Hazardous Sources (HJ 732-2014)" and "Measurement of Volatile Organic Compounds of Fixed Pollution Sources by Solid Phase Adsorption-Thermal Desorption Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (HJ 734-2014), in which HJ 732-2014 can be used for the sampling of 61 VOCs, and HJ 734-2014 can be used for the detection of 24 VOCs. However, compared with the thousands of VOCs currently defined, there is still a considerable gap, which can not meet the actual emissions accounting of VOCs, and can not meet the needs of specific species control in the source.
