During the National Day, Xinyue received a dish head inquiry from a European customer, requesting to customize 20 heads strictly according to the material size. Head is the main product of our pipe fittings factory. We have rich experience in exporting it to South Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. The head size required is 1400mm out diameter and 8mm wall thickness. Despite the National Day holiday, Xinyue still gave our quotation very quickly, and also attached our past shipping records, shipping bills of lading and some shipping inspection photos and other information to customers for reference.

During the period, We kept communicating with the customer about the feedback of our quotation, but the customer said that he also wanted to compare the prices of several suppliers and choose the best one to place order. After holiday, customers received quotations from other suppliers. After reviewing many quotations internally by the client company, in November, the client gave us a target price. He frankly stated that he is very confident in the quality of Xinyue. He has learned that local traders have imported welded pipes from our company and the feedback is very good . But due to the limited budget, another supplier's price is very attractive. So the client asked if we could do our best to reach his target price. It happened that the price of steel had declined at that time, and we informed and updated the quotation to customers in a timely manner. The next day we received a deposit and started production.

The production process was very smooth. Two weeks later, the customer's friend in China came to the factory to inspect the goods. The header is ready to be packaged for shipment to the port. We also send the inspection report and shipment picture to the customer in time. After that, we begin the delivery process. The Dish head is currently arriving at the port of destination.
