In the middle of July, we received a stock order of ASTM A234 WPB B16.9 Fittings, including Reducer, Tee, Elbow etc, with more than 170 specifications in 5000 pcs, total weight 53MT, Size OD range from DN40 to DN750. Client purchased from other Chinese supplier before, but the former products’ quality is not stable, can’t satisfy their high QA requirement. So they required us to produce this order strictly according to the standard, and inspect each piece of each product in whole order, as well as required us to provide complete inspection report.

After 20 days raw material purchasing & testing, and production, we finally finished this order in time. The final strict pre-shipment inspections were well proceed by our professional inspection department. We have tested mechanical properties and chemical compositions for every batch. Also have made dimension inspection except common outer diameter near to beveled ends and wall thickness, and also measured Alignment Tolerance one by one of whole order over 5000 pieces by our professional Alignment platform, such as Off plane tolerance & Off angle tolerance. And have tested and recorded all parameters, all tolerance were in accordance with the standard.

Finally, the inspection was successfully completed, and all products have been perfect packed as below detailed requirements:

a. Sizes from ½” to 2 ½” are to be boxed individually by cardboard boxes, thereafter they are to be packed within the main wooden crates.

b. sizes 3"~6"(including 6") are to be package in wooden crates by mixed packing (unless individual line item quantities are great enough to warrant packing in individual wooden crates. )

c. sizes above 6" are to be packed by wooden pallet with plastic wrapping

Client had highly commented on our QA and service once they received our inspection report and shipment report, and has sent their second month stocks order immediately.
