Tianjin Xinyue industry and Trade Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Xinyue group, has focused on the development of international export business since its establishment. In March this year, Xinyue received an inquiry from a new customer in Hungary. According to the sales specialist knowing, this order was a trial order for the selection of building materials for local projects. It required EN10025 s460n + Z35 1100 * 35 * 12 steel pipe and EN10219 s355j2h 508 * 16 * 12 steel pipe. The difficulty of this order was that the customer wanted to put pipes into the test stage in the early stage of the project, so the delivery requirements were very strict. Due to it was a trial order and required pipes were high grade, there was no possibility for inventory. It would increase cost and exceed the customer's original budget, if we produced separately. Based on win-win situation, Xinyue proposed to order raw material steel plate and carried out coil processing in the later stage. This scheme not only could guarantee the quality and quantity of goods to provide customers on time, but also did not increase the cost of customers too much. After knowing this scheme, the customer highly recognized Xinyue's attitude of doing things with heart and immediately signed a contract with us.

After accepting the order, with the development and reputation of domestic steel industry for many years, Xinyue had a very good cooperative relationship with many high-quality suppliers. In the producing stage, we also asked professional technical team to supervise the production on site, in order to ensure all the requirement from customer were satisfied; In the later inspection stage, we fully cooperated with the third-party inspectors invited by the customer to witness the cutting and sampling of finished pipes on site, completed all tests of samples according to the customer's requirements, and all tests met the customer's standards. Finally, the 3.2 certificate was successfully issued. At present, the goods have been delivered perfectly, packed and shipped smoothly.

The success of the LSAW pipe in hand with Hungary is only a prelude. Although it is only a product trial order, the customer is very satisfied that Xinyue can deliver the goods in advance with ultra-high quality, and expresses strong interest and long-term cooperation intention to Xinyue.
