In July 2018, our company received the customer's first inquiry. In November 2018, our company received the customer's first trial order (60 tons of LSAW). Since then, the customer send us his inventory order every month, including LSAW (28 in-36 in) and SMLS (3/8 in-28 in).

From November 2018 to now, our company has delivered a total of 17 orders to customers, except for the short closure period during the epidemic. We will carefully confirm every details with the customer in advance every time the customer makes an inquiry, such as: product specifications and sizes, mill black painting or varnish coating, bevel ends or plain ends, plastic end cap or iron end protector ring, whether to add PVC packing and sling, etc. After the customer placed the orders, each detail point will be marked on our production schedule and inspection list details. Even in the process of painting and labels, we will send the marking content and sample, the label content and sample to the customer for confirmation in advance. After the goods are finished, the QC will carefully check each requirement of the customer according to the inspection list. After passed the inspection, the inspection photos, overall packaging photos and MTC will be sent to the customer voluntarily, and then the goods will be delivered to the port.

After the goods arrive at the departure port, we will send the pictures of unloading from truck, loading into container and onto vessel. We will cover all the goods with Terpene cover before shipment to prevent rain and scratch. After sailing, we will also send customers the latest shipping status and the arrival date to remind them, and timely express the BL and other documents as soon as possible.
