Continue Order from Regular Qatar Customer

After taking over the customer’s project, our business, technology, production and logistics related departments evaluate the implementation plan in the form of meeting, and then start the prompt it. In the process of production, those departments continuously guide and adjust at the production site, overcoming the difficulties such as meeting the standard requirements of 3.2 certificate for ordinary pipes and saving the cost of shipping large-diameter steel pipes. The finished product passed the third party inspection feedback, the customer immediately sent a thank-you letter to our company to express his gratitude to Xinyue for not only continuously providing qualified products, but also thinking abut the business cooperation concept of the customer.
In May 2020, Xinyue Steel received inquiries from regular Qatar customer again. This time the inquiry is still the same as the last order with RHS and other building material. With last transaction experience, both party reached an agreement no matter in delivery time and payment terms.
Every order, from the early stage of technical research, scheme selection, to material inspection, product production, quality inspection, to the later stage of packaging, transportation, the perfection of every detail is our pursuit.
