In the past few years, Xinyue has developed new customers and accumulated many regular customers. The maintenance of regular customers is very important for every salesman in every company. Focusing on every order, controlling the details, then getting the trust of new and regular customers. This is what Xinyue insists all the time.

The products were pipe fittings and the partner was a Malaysian pipe fittings inventory company. The cooperation with the customer originated in 2018. This order was the first time of cooperation after the change of organizational structure of the customer's company. After more than 3 years of cooperation, Xinyue had a tact understanding with customers.

In addition to the quality of pipe fittings, customers payed more attention to marking,, painting and other details. Xinyue always provide best service for every order， no matter big or small . This order included more than 100 specifications of pipe fittings, including pipe fittings, flange and socket, wereall changed into engraved marks. In order to guarantee details, we asked our quality inspection colleagues to check and took photos one by one during the order production process and after the completion of the goods. All kinds of product identification photos were sent to customers for confirmation before packing.
