Flange connection

Flange connection is generally used for connecting valves, check valves, water meters, water pumps, and other parts of main roads, as well as pipe sections that need frequent dis-assembly and maintenance.

Welding

Welded joints are divided into butt weld, fillet weld and socket weld.

Threaded connection

Threaded connection is to connect with threaded pipe fittings. Galvanized steel pipes with diameter less than or equal to 100mm should be connected with threads, mostly installed in the open air.

Socket connection

Used for connection of casting iron pipes and fittings for water supply and drainage. There are two types: flexible connection and rigid connection. Flexible connection is sealed by rubber ring. Rigid connection is sealed by asbestos cement or expansive filler, and lead can be used for important occasions.

Clamping connection

The stainless steel clamping type pipe fitting connection technology replaces the traditional water supply pipe connection technology such as threads, welding, gluing and the like, and has the characteristics of sanitary water quality protection, strong corrosion resistance, long service life and the like. During construction, a socket pipe fitting with a special sealing ring is connected with the pipe, and a special tool is used for pressing the pipe opening to play a sealing and fastening role.

Hot melt connection

The connection method of PPR pipes adopts a fuser for hot melt connection.

Groove connection

Groove connection can be used for galvanized steel pipes with diameters greater than or equal to 100mm, such as fire water, air conditioning cold and hot water, water supply, rainwater, and other systems, and has the characteristics of simple operation, no influence on the original characteristics of pipelines, safe construction, good system stability, convenient maintenance, labor and time saving, etc.
