According to Zhuanghe, the National Railway Group has overcome the impact of the epidemic this year. The freight volume is expected to complete 3.564 billion tons, the best level in history. Among them, the coal freight volume is expected to complete 1.79 billion tons, basically the same as the previous year. In 2021, as the demand for direct transportation of coal from north to south, the demand for coking coal, coke and other coal and coke transportation, and the demand for land ports increase, China National Railway Group will follow the ideas of optimal layout, structural adjustment, scattered and centralized, and strong supporting facilities to upgrade coal And other bulk goods in the transportation market share.
In 2021, the National Railway Group will coordinate and optimize the layout of railway transportation, promote the reasonable division of labor for coal transportation in main producing areas such as Shanxi, Shaanxi, Mongolia and New Zealand, avoid disorderly competition and cross transportation; and fully release the national railway network capacity and optimize adjustments. Shorten transportation distances, improve transportation timeliness, and further reduce enterprise transportation costs.
This year, the national railway direct coal transportation volume is expected to complete 1.27 billion tons, a year-on-year increase of 3%. In response to the changes in the direct coal market in 2021, China Railway Group will coordinate the adjustment of the railway transportation structure. On the one hand, the transportation of coal from West to East is expected to increase steadily. This year, the volume of Daqin line is expected to stabilize at 400 million tons. Next year, the volume will remain unchanged; this year, the Tangbao line has completed 80 million tons, a year-on-year increase of 4%. Will be increased to more than 10 million tons.
On the other hand, China Railway Group will make good use of the capacity of Haoji Line and Wari Line, and vigorously organize direct coal increase. Wari Line will increase transportation by more than 80 million tons, Haoji Line will increase transportation by 25 million tons, and Shaanxi Coal will increase transportation by 3,000. At the same time, on the basis of stabilizing thermal coal, we will vigorously organize the increase in railway transportation of coal for metallurgy, chemical, building materials and other industries.
According to the demand for coal transfer to iron transportation, for coal transportation without a dedicated railway line at the delivery end, China Railway Group will vigorously promote railway open-top container transportation in 2021, reduce the number of loading and unloading of coal at both ends, reduce coal consumption and environmental pollution, and improve railway transportation services quality.
"We will continue to invest 50,000 trucks, more than 400 freight locomotives, and more than 20 tons of open top cars next year." Zhuang He said that in order to ensure the adjusted transportation structure and the mode of transportation from bulk to assembly, the National Railways will speed up Haoji next year. , Wari Line and other supporting project construction and continue to increase investment in high-power vehicles and heavy-duty trucks.
During the 2021 National Coal Trade Fair and Taiyuan Coal Trade Conference just concluded, China Railway Group signed a coal contract of more than 1 billion tons, which is the largest long-term contract in recent years. Zhuanghe said that China Railway Group will continue to play the role of ballast in the medium and long-term coal contract, further increase the medium and long-term cooperative transportation volume of coal, and strengthen transportation security.
In 2021, China National Railway Group will increase the direct coal contract transportation volume, focusing on increasing the cross-regional direct coal and point-to-point annual direct coal transportation volume of 500,000 tons and above; focusing on increasing the main transportation lines such as Haoji and Wari Medium- and long-term contracted transportation volume of coal channel; For the dishonest situation of coal medium- and long-term contract railway transportation volume of less than 50% in 2020 due to subjective reasons, we will reduce the contracted transportation volume next year according to the degree of default; for owning coal mines Resource coal companies give priority to signing contracts; priority allocation and operation of medium and long-term contracts in line with the flow of Tangbao, Wari and Haoji; 2020 coal medium and long-term contracts have a high fulfillment rate, and customers with balanced supply and demand in low and peak seasons will give priority to allocation and increase railway transportation. the amount.
