China Iron Ore Price Index (CIOPI)
On June 19, the China Iron Ore Price Index (CIOPI) was 234.24 points, a decrease of 6.65 points month-on-month, a decrease of 2.76%. Among them, the domestic iron ore price index was 226.57 points, up 0.58 points month-on-month, with an increase of 0.26%; the imported iron ore price index was 235.39 points, a decrease of 7.74 points, a decrease of 3.18%.
Imported Iron Ore Price (OPI)
On June 19, the 62% grade dry ore fines for direct import of iron ore were landed at US$63.58/tonne (ie, US$1.0255/tonne), a decrease of US$2.09/ton, a decrease of 3.18%, and the average price for the month was $64.76/ton.
On June 19, the tax-inclusive price of 62% grade dry ore fines of iron ore imported from the spot trade was 487.09 yuan per ton, a decrease of 17.11 yuan per ton, a decrease of 3.39%, and the average price of the month was 489.90 yuan per ton.
On June 19, the 50.57 US$/ton (ie, 0.8719 US$/ton-ton) landed price of direct imported iron ore dry base fines was reduced by US$2.33/ton, a decrease of 4.40%; the average price for the month was 52.24 US dollars / ton.
On June 19, the tax-inclusive price of RMB 58.31 yuan/ton for 58% grade iron ore imported from the spot trade was RMB 15.83 per ton, a decrease of 3.79%, and the average price for the month was RMB 413.28 per ton.
Domestic iron ore prices
On June 19, the tax-inclusive price of 62% grade dry iron ore concentrate with domestic iron ore was 583.00 yuan per ton, an increase of 1.49 yuan per ton, or an increase of 0.26%; it was 95.91 tons higher than that of imported iron ore, an increase of 19.69 yuan. %; the monthly average price was 583.93 yuan/ton, which was 94.03 yuan/ton higher than imported iron ore, an increase of 19.19%.
On June 19th, the tax-inclusive price of domestically produced iron ore 65% grade dry-base iron ore concentrate was 647.99 yuan per ton, an increase of 1.66 yuan per ton, or an increase of 0.26%; the average price of the month was 649.21 yuan per ton.
