At the beginning of July 2019, we received an inquiry from a Russian customer about the API5CT N80, the oil casing of the LTC type. The project is an oil exploration project for oil companies. It has strict requirements on the quality of the products and the delivery is very urgent. We have given reasonable prices in time and confirmed with the production department to help customers shorten the delivery period to the greatest extent.

After more than 10 days of raw material procurement, testing, production, we completed production by the end of the month. At the end of this week, before the shipment, the third-party inspection company TUV came to our factory for final inspection. For the pipeline, we did physical properties, chemical material testing, and also made appearance inspections such as length, outer diameter, and wall thickness. Subsequently, we tested and recorded a series of parameters such as thread height and tightness of the thread and coupling, internal thread taper, pitch, etc. All errors were in accordance with the standard.

Finally, the inspection was successfully completed. We packed the casing and tied the packing belt. Then we loaded the casing to the port and successfully shipped the order.
