During the Spring Festival 2021, the customer sent us an inquiry： High strength weathering steel for LSAW , sizes: 762 * 15.9 mm and 610 * 15.9 mm .It is Canadian standard CSA-G40.21 350 AT, and require the mill have certificate CSA 47.1.This is a government project used for the tunnel, and the customer attaches great importance to it.

For this kind of weathering steel, we have very good export experience, and our factory has this Canadian welding certificate. After we provide relevant certificates and export and technical information like Shipping documents, ITP and MPS.Customer feel very interested in it. After a month of negotiation, we succeeded in winning the project. And the production is carried out under the whole process supervision of the third party.

Before production, our PQR and WPS must be approved by Canadian certification authority before production. After two weeks of examination and audit, we successfully passed and allowed production. In the production process, we strictly follow the ITP implementation, the appearance of raw materials, physical and chemical inspection. In the welding process in strict accordance with the welding standards, the finished product we carried out 100% appearance, size, chemical and mechanical testing. And made 100% UT and RT. Finally, the third party successfully released.

The delivery time of this order is very tight. Affected by the epidemic situation, the global container is very tight. However, we ordered the cabin one month in advance, and this batch of goods was delivered on time.
