At the Beginning of May, Xinyue have been awarded a new project, which is a directional boring application from our regular construction customer. The main product is LSAW diameter 1300mm with heavy wall thickness 60mm, steel grade is EN10219 S355J0H, about 470tons in total.

Under the witness of the third party, we have tested the chemical composition and mechanical properties of the raw materials. After passing the inspection, we start the production in an orderly manner. Due to this wall thickness 60mm is very thick, almost close to the production limit of wall thickness based on this diameter, at the beginning of the tender, the customer worried so much about welding quality. So we carried out 100% offline UT inspection after the completion of production, and we hired a third party to carry out 10% manual UT inspection, the results were all well passed. The customer was very satisfied with the comprehensive inspection reports submitted by our company.

At present, all the steel pipes have been stenciled with marking and painted with black paint according to the customer's requirements. All cargo are ready for shipping. We believe that the goods will give the customer a more perfect answer after arriving at the destination port!
