Vietnam has always been one of our main markets. In April of this year, after discussion with my manager.,I shifted the focus of development customers to a kind of customer in Vietnam-equipment manufacturers, these customers Mainly engaged in the production of boilers and heat exchangers. The products they required also happen to be our main products-seamless steel pipe.

On the second day of searching customer on web., I received an inquiry from a Vietnamese customer, and they are also the equipment manufacturer. After receiving the inquiry, our company carefully analyzed the nature of the customer, the required products, and made a professional quotation for the customer. Submitted a record of our cooperation with other Vietnamese customers. The customer is very satisfied with our price. However,when this customer plan to add new supplier , they always need to visit the factory of our company before purchasing. In June, the customer flew from Vietnam to China to inspect our factory, and discussed the production requirements of the pipe in the Tianjin General Office. Under the professional communication with Mr Li, the customer is very satisfied with our company. After returning to Vietnam ,we signed the contract for cooperation.

By October, our company has already entered into cooperation with three well-known Vietnamese boiler manufacturers, and some sub-type manufacturers are negotiating. Some customers have rarely imported them before, in order to reassure customers, even the quantity of the order is small our company still agrees 100% LC at sight with customer. Our company patiently communicate with any doubts when the customer issues the letter of credit, and try our best to provide satisfactory loading time. It is the unremitting efforts and perfect cooperation between the company departments, so that the customers who have received the goods are very appreciated our company, so that the customers who are executing the orders can feel at ease.

Through this cooperation in the past year, we have better understood the needs of boiler manufacturers and constantly improved our services. I believe that in the future cooperation, everything will be smoother.
