Basic factors that affect the dephosphorization effect of the converter
Sep. 28, 2018
1) Influence of alkalinity of slag: Increasing alkalinity can improve dephosphorization capacity, but too high alkalinity affects the viscosity of slag and is not conducive to dephosphorization.
2) Effect of (FeO): Increasing the content of slag (FeO) can improve the dephosphorization ability.
3) Effect of temperature: Dephosphorization is an exothermic reaction, and lowering the temperature is beneficial to dephosphorization.
4) Influence of slag amount: Increasing the slag can dilute the concentration of (P2O5) in the slag and increase the amount of dephosphorization.
5) Influence of slag viscosity: Appropriate slag viscosity is easy to mix slag steel and improve slag dephosphorization capacity.
