From December 5 to December 6, 2018, Tianjin Xinyue Steel Group welcomed internal auditors from one of the world's largest EPC companies to inspect and evaluate the production and operation of coating plants. Accompanied by our sales department and factory technology department, the application of 3LPP coating on seamless steel pipe of Algeria oil well project was tested before purchasing. The project has very high technical requirements for steel pipes and coatings. The factory inspection also greatly promotes the development of good cooperative relationship between Xinyue, coating mill and EPC company.

During the inspection process, the auditor first came to the bare pipe stacking area, tested the temperature of the steel pipe with an infrared thermometer gun, then visited the coating production line of the factory, the auditor compared the cleanliness of the steel pipe just sandblasted on the spot, and checked all on-line production records and reports. For the questions raised by auditors, factory technicians and XinYue also provided professional answers.

After having a certain understanding of our production process and Technology, Customer auditor came to the laboratory and were very satisfied with our experimental equipment. They witnessed part of the experimental process and reports on site, and asked us to provide historical test samples, project records and calibration records of all instruments.

After auditor have a comprehensive understanding of the production process and testing, they came to the meeting room, the technical parameters of the coating required for the project were confirmed with the factory technicians and production managers one by one, and then the company's quality management system procedures and health and safety environment procedures were reviewed.
