At the end of March, the carbon steel seamless tube was sent to Laem Chabang, Thailand successfully, under the cooperation of Xinyue sales team,technical team, production team and documentation team.

This order came from an regular customer who is a large trader in South Korea. After the first order cooperation last year, the customer had a new understanding and dependence on Xinyue. Customers would always be the first time to send inquiries to Xinyue and informed the details of the inquiry. This time, the order was144 tons of ASTM A106 GR B carbon steel seamless tubes, which need to be shipped to Laem Chabang, Thailand. The third-party inspection was required for each order by this customer.

Xinyue has always been presenting an image with professional and honest business reputation to overseas customers. To help customers grow and to achieve a win-win situation is a business principle that our company adhere to. After signing the contract with the customer, the sales team communicated thedetail about the customer's requirements with technical department and production department immediately. We not only needed to satisfy the delivery time, but also ensure the product quality. After more than one month production, the finished products had passed the third-party BV inspection smoothly from size measurement to exterior black paint identification inspection. The customer immediately arranged the balance payment for the order, after receiving the third-party inspection report.

According to the contract requirement of both parties, this order was shippedby bulk carrier. Due to the serious delay of bulk carrier shift recently, we suggested the customer to take the container, and the price difference was on Xinyue temporarily. The customer was grateful to Xinyue's option and timely feedback.

At present, Xinyue has a complete technical team from the early stage of technical analysis, data production to the later stage of on-site technical guidance.
