In mid-March 2020, Xinyue received a new inquiry for oil casing, material API 5CT K55, pipe end demand about 60 tons BTC from African customer. Those pipe are used for water transportation. The customer originally needed R1 length, considering to save cost, We provide 3 solution offer sheet including R2 and R3 for their reference. After comprehensively considering the usage, finally they fixed R2. However, customers put forward new requirements for product delivery requirements, which requires us to give a shipment plan and the estimated arrival time. If the delivery time cannot be met, the ends clients will give up. After receiving the customer's request, we have quickly meet with the production department, by finding solutions, and finally decided to use R3 length to cut into R2, and then do thread processing. To the greatest extent, it helps customers shorten the delivery time to 5 days, and successfully helps customers get orders. Although it was the first time for cooperation, the customer highly recognized our efficient service. Once confirming the order, they settle deposit term of payment without hesitation in early April.

After 5 days processing, the customer requires a third-party SGS to make the inspection. The SGS inspection personnel have done measure and take pictures of the specifications, quantity, surface, and threads in details. The shipment of this batch was scheduled on April 24th. Nowcustomer's delivery and quality requirements have been successfully satisfied.
