In the past 2020, our regular customer in India have cooperated with Xinyue Steel on 16 contracts, all of which are large-diameter thick-wall seamless pipes, and technical requirements for these pipes are: DIN 2448 /DIN 1629 ST52(N.R) and EN10216-2 P235GH TC1.The OD range from 323.9mm to 508mm and including many unconventional sizes.The purpose is to be used in equipment after machining. The customer has very strict requirements for OD tolerance, thickness tolerance, length tolerance and straightness tolerance.(Tolerance in OD:+/-0.0075OD , WT : +/-0.005WT, Length as multiple length, Straightness :1mm/1m). The steel-making method is also required to be fully deoxidized and fully killed steel, and there is no porosity and slag inclusion in the material after steel pipe processing.

Of course, through early technical communication, review and product testing, we finally reached a cooperation. We have been working together for 6 years so far. Satisfaction reached 100% without any quality and delivery delay issues. In the past 6 years of cooperation, Xinyue Steel always provide customers with qualified products and professional services.

At the beginning of 2021, changes in prices and exchange rates have increased costs due to market prices compared to August, 2020. During the negotiation of the new contract, we frankly communicated with the trust and understanding of our customers, and finally reached a new contract agreement. At the same time, the client also introduced other local companies to cooperate with us.
