This order is for port construction project: 518 tons of SSAW pipes, material EN10219, specification 1016*20*21000mm, each pipe with 14 meters long external coating. After received the customer's inquiry, we had an effective online communication with the customer immediately. Based on the communication, we knew that this was at a tendering stage, so we submitted several good solutions to the customer. Before closing the bid, we also provided some information about similar projects we had done before, as well as ITP, MPS and other technical profiles for customer's reference. Customer and the terminal are satisfied with the reference documents submitted by our company, and they propose to conduct a factory audit by third party BV before placing the order.

We are very happy to hear that the customer will come to audit our mill, because auditing factory means that the customer have strength recognition to Xinyue’s project experience. Due to the urgency of the terminal project, our management team of the company arranged the factory audit on an urgent basis, during which all audit documents (ITP, MPS, Sample MTC, WPS, PQR, Management System ISO9001, Testing Equipment List, Manufacturing Procedure Record, etc.) were provided. BV inspectors checked the non-conforming product records, production process records, laboratory testing records and quality control records on site, and the results were all in full compliance with ISO and EN10219 standards.

After the perfect factory audit, the customer successfully won the project within a week, and placed the order to Xinyue soon. Now the SSAW pipes are under production, we will continuously control the production quality for the customer and reporting the schedule to the customer timely.
